Stephen Pendergrass is a Vice President with Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group. He provides commercial sales and leasing services.
Stephen’s professional experience includes working in the banking industry for seven years. During this time he gained valuable experience and an understanding of finance and its relationship to real estate. Stephen’s work experience also includes several years working for his father’s land surveying company where he surveyed commercial project development. Stephen understands the value of hard work and exceeding his client’s expectations.
Active in his community, Stephen has had the privilege to serve several local organizations including the Red Cross, United Way, RVSPCA and Rebuilding Together Roanoke.
