Bryan A. Musselwhite, CCIM, is a Senior Vice President with Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group where he has proven to be an accomplished commercial real estate investment sales leader.
Specializing in commercial/investment sales, leasing, and consulting, Bryan works with clients on devising and executing strategies that drive efficiency, profitability as it relates to their overall real estate portfolio. Since joining the firm in 2008, Bryan has emerged as a natural leader, being named one of Blue Ridge Business Journal’s Top 20 under 40, and most recently being named Poe & Cronk’s Overall Top Producer in 2015 & 2016. Since then, Bryan has participated in over $125 million in sales & leasing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Bryan spent over twelve years in various sales and marketing positions working for Fortune 500 companies. Bryan utilizes his extensive national, regional, and local network of relationships while leveraging his former experience in sales, marketing, & branding to meet and exceed his client’s expectations.
Bryan’s professional affiliations include National Association of Realtors, Virginia Realtors, and the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS®. Bryan is also a member of (ICSC) International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc. In 2013, he was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) professional designation by the CCIM Institute, and currently serves on their Governmental Affairs Committee.
The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, only about 6% have currently achieved the CCIM designation
Continuously active in his community, Bryan has served on numerous civic boards, and steering committees including the American Red Cross, Jefferson Center, Taubman Museum of Art, and the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce. Presently he serves the City of Roanoke as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
