ROANOKE, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the Historic Liberty Trust Office Building at 101 S. Jefferson St. in downtown Roanoke.
The Liberty Trust Building was constructed in 1908 for First National Bank by the Liberty Trust Company. In 1982 the property was listed in the National Register of Historic Places and as a Virginia Historic Landmark.
The new owner JS Project, LLC of Fairfax, VA has developed plans for a Historic Restoration of the existing structure into a Boutique Hotel. The new ownership group boasts over three decades of combined experience in the development and management of commercial, residential, and hospitality real estate projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Dennis Cronk represented the Seller and Darrell Morris represented the Purchaser in the transaction. Poe & Cronk has served as the Exclusive Property Management and Leasing firm for more than 30 Years and will continue to manage the property for the new owners.
