ROANOKE, VA – Today Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announced the sale of 207 Bullitt Ave SE in Downtown Roanoke. The property, which was formerly known as the Meridium Building, was purchased by Freedom First Credit Union and will serve as their new Roanoke headquarters location. The building still houses GE Digital as a tenant on three of the four floors. Freedom First plans to initially occupy the top (4th) floor of the building.
The property sold for $9,500,000, which at $205 PSF makes it the highest per-square-foot office sale completed in downtown Roanoke thus far in 2021.
Matt Huff and Jacob Quesinberry of Poe & Cronk structured the transaction and represented the seller of the property. Poe & Cronk will continue to professionally manage the property for the purchaser after closing.
